First of all, if you don’t have goals, Get SOME!!
Second of all check this out. I got an email this morning when i woke up from one of my clients about a huge goal she hit last night. 2 Handstand Pushups!! If you watch the video, you will notice that she probably has a couple more in her…

I am so proud of Becky for working hard and doing what she said she was gonna do. Also, check her blog, she has some interesting thoughts and recipes you may be interested in.
When was the last time you hit your goals? What are your goals? Does your coach know what your goals are? Do you have a Coach? Post to Comments.

G7K1….I’m pretty proud to say that’s my sister. Reppin Laredo. Congrats Becky, I hear you have a pretty good coach.
22/male/5’9″/170 pounds
My goal is to have back squat 315 pounds for five reps. I’m currently back squatting 285×5.
I’d like to accomplish this goal staying lean at my current bodyweight. How do I program for this kind of strength-to-weight goal?
Ben,
If thats your only goal, Squat. If you have other goals then it gets a bit more complex.
Check Coach B’s squat programs or find someone to coach you… hint hint….

goal: squat pain free. Somehow I think my coach has heard about this…
I hit 10 pistol squats each leg a while back.
Current goal: Complete 1000 strict pull-ups (over a period of time). I’m at 910.
Next goal: 500 HSPUs over time.
Out snatch and out clean and jerk a man 100 lbs lighter than I, by 1 and 2 kilos respectively. Check.
I was hungry mid morning!
Hey that’s me!! Thank you for posting about this! You’re a great coach, Dutch!! By the way, you were right. I went back to G7 today and did 4 handstand push-ups. The first three were legit…the last one was a struggle.
