		<description>Dutch, as far as gaining knowledge goes, I had a quick question.  The warmup you posted the other day, is that something you do for your olympic lifting, or was that the standard warmup you would do prior to doing CrossFit style met-con workouts?  I&#039;m only asking because I was thinking that there is a benefit to doing something like a 400m run, double unders or row prior to a workout.  Well if anyone can answer this that would be great.  Thanks</description>
