Wes,
You are not a weak person but i can certainly relate. I say do both. The row workouts are going to do more for your fitness. The run workouts will fix the pussitis(i just made up that word) in your head. Its a shitty answer but do both. The running is a chink in your armor and you will have to address it as some point or settle with not being good at it.

DG,
MEBB is brilliant. It is well thought out and comprehensive. I don't feel like you miss anything by doing a metcon post heavy lifting. It is important to have days where you only lift or only do a metcon so you can see what happens when you are fresh.

Dutch do you think doing a metcon after heavy lifting like the Max Effort Black Box is too much? I am trying to do something like that but keeping metcons to under 10 mins or so.

What do you think about subbing rowing for running? I always feel like I am able to push myself more on the rower having the instant feedback of my 500 M split. Where as during a run I tend to pace, feel sorry for myself, and just act like a pussy in general. I guess what I'm trying to say is I like having the constant visual goal to concentrate on, so my mind doesn't drift off into weak person land.
